FALL COLORS ON DISPLAY SATURDAY

Visitors have enjoyed the spectacular Fall Colors from a wagon on the high ridge known for centuries as the “Top of the World.” Board the wagon at the Buena Vista Logging Village north of Bemidji on County Road 15. The Go and Whoa Harness Club will provide rides Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 am – 3:00 p.m. Admission for the thirty-minute ride is $6.00 for 13 yrs. and over and $3.00 for ages 5-12. Children 4 and under are free.



NATURE CLUB AGAIN OFFERED FOR KIDS

The City of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Nature Club for off school days, where kids can spend their day out of school doing activities and games while exploring different topics. This program is designed ages 5-12. Limited space available. Snack will be provided. Session 1 will run on October 18th, and it involves animals, from 8am to noon at the City Park Multi Use Building.
